Behaviour
At St Martin’s, we follow a positive behaviour approach, to develop mutual respect, cooperation, and responsibility in our school in order to prepare children for responsible citizenship.
Underpinning our behaviour regulation policy is the belief that everyone can learn to manage and regulate their own emotions and behaviours. Through this, we encourage reflective thinking. We promote individuality and a respect for diversity in any form. Ultimately, we wish to give our children confidence about their capacity to think for themselves and to make sense of their own lives and experiences, preparing them for their future lives.
